We will at all times process your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.

Contact Form

When you contact HandleKrypto using the contact form, the information that we request is stored in the contact form. Your question lets us answer it as soon as we see it and we must have your contact information to answer your question. This information is also stored by email.

Chat Support

If you contact HandleKrypto using the chat on the website, we will store the chat log/history, along with your user name, IP address, browser, and the Web pages you are on or moving to. This gives us better opportunity to help the customer with various issues and faster than otherwise. Furthermore, the information is used to analyze how our customer service workers handle customer support and how you experience customer support.
